Dates for the four-day event, which welcomes registered and credentialed industry professionals who represent clients interested in chartering a luxury yacht in New England, are June 18-21, 2018. The Newport Charter Yacht Show is the only one of its kind in the U.S. and will feature an exquisite collection of world-class yachts for charter.
Participating yachts - ranging in size from 60 to 200+ feet - will be open for tours to registered participants dockside at Newport Shipyard, 1 Washington Street. Show attendees will enjoy a variety of shore side exhibits and activities including festive social gatherings and a themed "yacht hop" where captains and crew on participating vessels serve guests signature cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

MONDAY, JUNE 18: A Captain and Crew Briefing, sponsored by Seahawk Paints, and Alexseal Yacht Coatings, will be held on Monday, June 18 from 5:30-7:30pm. Beer and wine for this event will be sponsored by Bridge Liquors. All captains, crew, sponsors and exhibiting vendors are invited to attend.
TUESDAY-THURSDAY: A daily buffet breakfast from Belle's Cafe, sponsored by Bank RI, will be served Tuesday, June 19 through Thursday June 21 from 8:30am to 10:00am. Captains, crew, brokers and sponsors are welcome!
THURSDAY, JUNE 21: Our closing cocktail party and awards, sponsored by Ward's Marine Electric and KVH, will be held Thursday, June 21 from 5:30-7:30pm. Captains, crew, vendors, brokers and sponsors are all invited to attend!

Culinary Competitions and Tablescaping Challenge
Chefs and interior crew aboard participating yachts will add zest to the show on Tuesday, June 19th, Wednesday, June 20th, and Thursday, June 22st when they contend head-to-head in culinary competitions and a tablescaping challenge sponsored by ISS GMT Global Marine Travel and Sentinel Limousine. Organized by Winnie DeCoster of Captains' Concierge, details regarding this year's culinary theme will be posted on the Newport Charter Yacht Show web site soon. Interior crew will also compete in a Designer Water Contest, organized and sponsored by CYBA, which was started to help eliminate plastic water bottle waste on yachts. Yacht chefs and stewardesses will be encourage to create "yacht speciality water" infused with ingredients of their choice. More information can be found on the CYBA Web site.
AYCA Industry Focused Seminars
Changing it up this year, AYCA is organizing six roundtables for speakers to rotate from table to table for "speed info presentations" after the annual AYCA breakfast on Thursday, June 21 in the Main Show Tent. It will be an intimate setting where you will sit at a table of your peers and gather information as presenters bring pertinent industry information to you!

Guest speakers, also hosted and organized by the AYCA, will be featured on June 19 and 20 for one hour during breakfast (8:45am-9:45am) on subjects important for charter professionals and captains.
