Rick Bagnall As Senior Vice President, Gowrie Group division of Risk Strategies, Rick's expertise in crew medical and large group benefit insurance runs deep. He created and grew highly successful group programs for several associations, including a crew medical program for members of US Sailing and Tall Ships America. He also has worked closely with several Americas Cup syndicates, providing health insurance for the crew and shore team. 

Nisham Batta  Nish, CEO of GrayCyan LLC, is a Cybersecurity first tech entrepreneur who helps non-technical business owners secure their web assets and build tech products. With many years of experience across the US and Canadian markets, Nish has worked with more than 450 clients to address their cybersecurity and development challenges.

John Bromley, Esq., Attorney, Clinton & Muzyka, P.C.  Attorney Bromley has been an essential partner in the development of the AYCA’s charter contracts, and a key advisor to the AYCA on maritime e-contracts. He is a Proctor in Admiralty and a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served in support of various naval missions both on share and at sea throughout the first Gulf War.  He is also an Adjunct Professor of Admiralty & Maritime at Suffolk Law School.   He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. 

Tisa Semrajc, Inbound Specialist, Charter Itinerary.   Charter Itinerary was born out of real frustration with the itinerary creation process. Anybody who is involved in compiling itineraries will know first-hand the frustrations that come with creating high quality itineraries for clients, which either takes huge amounts of time or money. We decided it was time to find a solution and make it available to everybody!

Aubri Keith, M.S., Program Development Manager, SeaKeepers.  The most prohibitive cost to marine research, and reason why so many research permits go unused, is the cost of chartering a vessel. Yachts are uniquely positioned to support these initiatives and aid in our understanding and conservation of the ocean and species, while giving back to the marine environment in a unique and tangible way.  Our citizen science initiatives let vessels participate on their own. 

Gregg Lysko,   Counsel Clinton & Musyka, P.C., and  Colonel/Judge Advocate at U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. Seasoned litigation attorney and executive level legal advisor, with vast and varied practice in high exposure, complex tort and contract matters ranging from maritime and admiralty law, commercial leasing, construction defects, products liability, personal injury, and design professional liability defense to insurance coverage and risk management matters, with a broad range of private firm and public sector experience.

Alex VanHaaren, Program Manager, Barton & Gray Mariners Club.  Barton & Gray was founded in 2006 by a crew of marine, software and marketing professionals with a small fleet of day charters (with membership only) offering Hinckley picnic boats in Nantucket and West Palm Beach.  Today, the club runs in 40+ ports, with 85+ vessels including Talaria 40’ and 44’s, and our very own 48’ Daychasers.

Brennon Viola, VP Cash Management Sales and and Service Officer, BankNewport.   As a Cash Management Sales Officer Mr. Viola helps business owners with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Information Reporting and Fraud Prevention.
