Exhibiting Vendor Registration

Exhibiting Vendor cancellation policy: If an exhibitor elects to the cancel the contracted space for any reason, Safe Harbor Newport Shipyard will allocate refunds based on written notice being received as follows: 100% refund prior to April 15, 2025 (-10% processing fee); 50% refund prior to May 23, 2025; no refund after May 23, 2025. Refunds are based on contracted space cost, not monies received. If the Show is canceled due to circumstances beyond Safe Harbor Newport Shipyard’s control, we will offer a full refund on registration.
