Exhibiting Vendor cancellation policy: If an exhibitor elects to the cancel the contracted space for any reason, Safe Harbor Newport Shipyard will allocate refunds based on written notice being received as follows: 100% refund prior to April 15, 2024 (-10% processing fee); 50% refund prior to May 22, 2024; no refund after May 22, 2024. Refunds are based on contracted space cost, not monies received. If the Show is canceled due to circumstances beyond Safe Harbor Newport Shipyard’s control, we will offer a full refund on registration.
