THE FIRM
Thomas J. Muzyka (Founder with Thomas E. Clinton in 1984)
Attorney Muzyka is a Proctor in Admiralty. He is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at King’s Point and sailed as a Deck Officer aboard U.S. flag oceangoing break-bulk, container, and tank vessels. He obtained his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. After graduation, he joined the maritime defense firm of Glynn & Dempsey specializing in all types of maritime defense.
Attorney Bromley is a Proctor in Admiralty and a veteran of the U.S. Navy where he served in support of various naval missions both on shore and at sea throughout the first Gulf War. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Admiralty & Maritime Law at Suffolk University Law School. He obtained an Associate Degree in Journalism at Broward Community College and his undergraduate degree in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College. He earned his law degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. Attorney Bromley is also designated as a Certified Subrogation Recovery Specialist (CSRP).
Attorney Collins is a Proctor in Admiralty and an Adjunct Professor of Admiralty and Maritime Law at Roger Williams School of Law in Rhode Island. He is a graduate of Roger Williams University and the University of Miami School of Law. He earned an LLM from Boston University School of Law. Attorney Collins has been with Clinton & Muzyka, P.C. since 1988.
